My name is Megan, CYT 200 at Inside out Fitness, studying under Jody Reece. I am so excited to share my love for yoga with the community. When my yoga journey began in 2014 I was looking for an activity to bring some peace and inner happiness to my days, I had no idea how much it would impact my life. For the past 5 years I have grown in my practice, studied different styles and it has become a staple in my overall mental and physical health. With that in mind, I like my classes to be a safe environment for students to begin to explore and expand within their own body. We will focus on alignment, basic yoga poses, lengthening throughout the body and learning how to breathe and flow with purpose.
